Liability for Damages

Corelion LLC cannot guarantee that the functions contained in any work completed will always be error-free and thus cannot be held liable to the customer or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the operation or use of or inability to operate or use any of the work completed, even if the customer has advised us of the possibilities of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.


The customer guarantees to Corelion LLC that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that the customer provides for inclusion in the web site are either owned by the customer or that the customer has permission to use them. After payment for work completed is received, copyright is assigned as follows: The customer owns the graphics and other visual elements that were created for the project. The customer also owns any materials provided, such as photos, videos, logos, etc. Corelion LLC will provide copies of any content text, graphic designs or web design work done. Corelion LLC is not responsible for maintaining any files beyond the terms of the contract. Future management of files is solely the responsibility of the customer once the files have been handed over and the contract has been fulfilled or terminated. Corelion LLC reserves the right to display and link to the customer's completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on web sites, media, in magazine articles and in books.
